There was this guy I dated some time ago who asked me to choose between him and sewing. So I gave up on him :]

AT's LALAland: My name is Aldona and I am 25 and there is one thing in my life I particularly like. It's sewing. Or actually, should I call it creating? When I was a child I remeber being fascinated with the fabrics, threads and that you could put them together and make amazing things. I also remember cutting my mother's wedding veil into pieces in order to provide my Barbie with a new dress when I was about four years old. She was not very happy I think. My mum of course. As for the Barbie doll I still have her stored in one of many boxes in the attic. And there's a certain reason she has ended up in a box- Asian Ball-Jointed Dolls. A few years ago I came across Dollfies. And the result: currently I have seven dolls in my room, three floating heads and a box full of shoes and wigs. Of course they are not just sitting and watching me writing...
